Downtown Rescue Mission

The Downtown Rescue Mission is a non-profit organization serving the homeless living throughout northern Alabama and southern Tennessee.We believe that through compassionate care and ministering, we can bring people under the power of the Gospel, so that they may have victory over their struggles and live a Spirit filled and fruitful life.We work to change the lives of homeless and hurting men,women and children by providing free meals and shelter, recovery services, transitional support and community outreach.

What we need most

Our primary needs are rice, beans, bottled water, fruit, vegetables, energy bars and meat. All food donations are welcomed and gratefully appreciated.
