The Protekt™ 100 pressure redistribution foam mattress is specifically designed for facilities that prioritize value and have limited budgets. This innovative mattress features three distinct zones comprised of 670 individual cells, each operating independently.
This unique design allows the mattress to conform to the patient's body, providing customized support as the patient moves. The varying cell depths throughout the mattress ensure excellent pressure redistribution, with special attention to the vulnerable heel section to decrease interface pressure.
- 3 Unique Pressure Zones: Channel Cut High Density Polyurethane Foam with 670 individual cells offers superior pressure redistribution. The foam core is fire-retardant, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial.
- Top Cover: Anti-microbial and anti-fungal; low moisture vapor transmission (MVTR); fluid resistant. Meets NFPA702 class 1 and TB 117E standards.
- 360-Degree Zipper: Allows for easy removal for cleaning or replacement.
- Side Rails: PTSS Rail System (Patient Transfer Support System) provides firm support for safe and easy patient ingress and egress from the bed.
