The Protekt™ 100 pressure redistribution foam mattress is designed for value-oriented facilities with limited budgets. This innovative mattress features three unique zones, comprised of 670 individual cells that work independently to offer unparalleled support. The mattress conforms to the patient's body, providing customized support as the patient moves. By varying cell depths throughout the mattress, it achieves excellent pressure redistribution, paying special attention to the vulnerable heel section to reduce interface pressure.
- 3 Unique Pressure Zones: Channel-cut high-density polyurethane foam with 670 individual cells offers superior pressure redistribution. The foam core is fire-retardant and anti-microbial/anti-bacterial.
- Top Cover: Anti-microbial and anti-fungal, with low moisture vapor transmission (MVTR). The fluid-resistant cover conforms to NFPA702 class 1 and TB 117E standards.
- 360-Degree Zipper: Allows for easy removal for cleaning or replacement.
- Side Rails: PTSS Rail System (Patient Transfer Support System) provides firm support for safe and easy patient egress and ingress from the bed.
